Named in loving memory of Amanda’s cousin, Rosemary, this signature natural-curly texture represents beauty, strength, fullness, and the kind of love that continues to inspire.

Each HairSelf collection is thoughtfully chosen to celebrate individuality, connection, and the beauty of every crown.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES & ORDER ISSUES

Due to sanitation and quality-control standards, HairSelf Extensions does not accept returns.

EXCHANGES

Exchanges may be requested within 10 business days of delivery.To be eligible for an exchange, hair must be:

Unworn
Unwashed
Unaltered
Uncolored
Uncut
Free of odor, product, or styling
In its original HairSelf packaging
With the protective hairnet fully intact and unopened

For sanitation reasons, hair that has been removed from the protective hairnet is not eligible for exchange

Please carefully review your selected color, length, texture, and quantity before removing the hairnet or altering the hair in any way.

To request an exchange, contact HairSelf Extensions within 10 business days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the unopened product.

Approved exchanges are subject to product availability. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless HairSelf confirms that the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact HairSelf Extensions within 48 hours of delivery.

Your message must include:

Your order number

Clear photos of the outer shipping package
Clear photos of the HairSelf packaging
Clear photos or video of the item and the issue
A brief description of the concern

Please do not wear, wash, install, cut, color, or remove the hair from its protective hairnet while your claim is being reviewed. Altered or worn hair cannot be evaluated or approved for an exchange.

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, HairSelf Extensions will provide the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, exchange, or store credit, depending on product availability and the nature of the issue.

HairSelf Extensions reserves the right to inspect and verify all claims before approving an exchange or replacement.
